Who is eligible to enter?

Any and all employers who hire students or recent graduates. Nominations can be submitted directly by employers, or by their agency.

How many awards can I apply for?

Employers or their agencies may submit applications for one or more awards, but may only submit one application per award category. The only exception is the Campus Recruiter of the Year category, for which multiple campus recruiters from the same organization may be considered.

When is the deadline to apply?

All applications and accompanying documentation is due by 5 p.m. EST, March 24th, 2017.

How are the awards judged?

TalentEgg has always been committed to providing employers with the student perspective on campus recruitment. As such, from the thousands of students that will apply, TalentEgg selects the top students and recent graduates – the types of students and recent grads who are your ideal recruits – to serve as our elite student judging panel.

The panel will view all employer submissions, and then rate and comment on each submission. Through this process, they will not only be selecting a winner in each category, but will also be providing invaluable feedback for the employers that have submitted entries. Employers with the highest scores are the winner/finalists in each category.

The decision of our judging panel is final, and TalentEgg will not engage with the panel at any time regarding their decisions.

How will entrants/winners be notified?

We will notify the Top 3 finalists ahead of the Awards and Conference. Only the Top 3, including the winner, will be announced at the Campus Recruitment Excellence Awards and Conference May 2017. The identities of the other employers will not be disclosed.

How do I submit an application?

Applications are accepted on the TalentEgg Campus Recruitment Awards Apply Now page. Additional documentation may be emailed in PDF format to awards@talentegg.ca.
